Who brought down Lehman Brothers and the whole economy? It looks like a triple alliance of bankers, lawyers and accountants. Bankers wanted to make money, clever lawyers found loopholes, and accountants slept through. Their attitude can be summarized as: it's OK, as long as it's legal and don't ask.
