150 years for Mr Madoff

What punishment befits Mr Bernard Madoff's crime? The maximum sentence possible, 150 years' imprisonment, was handed down by the court. 65 billion dollars disappeared: one year equates to over 43 million dollars. There is still a lot of unanswered questions about the whereabouts of his money, and hopefully some of that sum could be recovered, so that those victims who have lost their life-long savings would get something - at least something - back from this huge Ponzi scheme.
